    Hi I’ve updated the software to the new version but after downloading it a screen reading “Unable to automatically relaunch the application” appears. What can I do?


    Hi. Thanks for the question. If you get this error message on Windows then Personal Lexicon installed fine, but the update process couldn’t locate the exe in order to automatically launch it after the installation. Still, it’s there. You just need to launch it manually from the Start menu.
